Innovation in Curriculum for Inclusive Education: A Critical Literature Review and Its Implications in Educational Management.

The purpose of this study is to examine curriculum innovation in supporting inclusive education and its implications for educational management. This study employs a critical approach and literature review integrating current research findings on curriculum development, teacher training, and educational management responsive to inclusive needs. The key findings indicate that a flexible and adaptive curriculum, utilizing differentiated approaches and technology integration, effectively meets the diverse needs of learners, including those with special needs. Continuous teacher training and visionary educational leadership are crucial to ensure the successful implementation of these innovations. The results underscore the importance of synergy between curriculum innovation and management policies to create an inclusive, adaptive, and sustainable learning system. The main conclusion highlights that curriculum innovation is pivotal to the success of inclusive education, provided it is supported by proactive management and data-based monitoring. This study also opens opportunities for further research, particularly concerning the long-term impact of curriculum innovations and their integration into educational management practices.
